How does the order process work?
On the pricing and ordering tab, there is a link for the order form for either cookies or cupcakes. I try to respond as soon as I can, but please give me 24-48 hours to get back to you via email. Once we finalize all of your details a 50% deposit is required to secure your date.
Where are you located? Do you offer shipping or delivery?
My kitchen and workspace is located in Marysville, WA! I do not deliver, however I do offer a second pick up location in Everett, WA for sugar cookies, with limited availabilty. If you wish to pick up in Everett please make sure to let me know in your order form. Cupcake pickup is Marysville only. Unfortunately I cannot ship due to WA state Cottage Food Laws.
How are your cookies stored?
All of my cookies come individually wrapped in heat sealed bags and packaged in a bakery box. They will stay fresh up to 2 weeks if left in the packaging. I recommend keeping them sealed until ready to serve. Do not place them in the refrigerator, due to condensation possibly ruining the icing.
How much notice do you need for an order?
Preferably I would like 2 weeks notice before your event. However, depending on my availability I may be able to fit you in to my schedule with less notice. I would advise to reach out as soon as you have your event date and details planned, to get you on my calendar before that date is booked.
Do you cater to food allergies?
My cookies contain dairy and wheat products, so I unfortunately can not accomodate to those food allergies at this time. I can replace the almond extract with vanilla or imitation almond extract if needed. Please let me know at the time of ordering if you have any allergy restrictions.
How do I secure my order date?
After filling out an order form, please give me 24-48 hours to respond via email. I require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Full payment is due 3 days before your event date. If you prefer, you may also pay in full at your time of ordering.
Can I freeze my cookies?
Yes! If you'd like to freeze any cookies, I recommend first placing them in an airtight container, which they can stay in for up to 2 months in your freezer. To thaw your cookies, remove them from the freezer the night before but make sure to keep them in the airtight container until completely thawed.
